All positions are subject to availability of funding.

Participation in the Department, School, College, University, and/or outside professional or public service through committee and other administrative work is also expected. Overall, Teaching Professors are evaluated on these criteria, in order of importance: (1) teaching excellence, (2) professional and/or scholarly achievement and activity, and (3) University and public service.
The Department is committed to equity and inclusion in undergraduate and graduate education and advancing chemistry education at UC San Diego and beyond through research and its dissemination in areas including, but not limited to: learning sciences, discipline-based education research, scholarship of teaching and learning, curriculum and assessment, and/or educational outreach. Applications should include a statement describing contributions to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
