Room Reservations
To reserve rooms, please use submit a Room Reservation Request. Note the following:
- Before submitting a request, review the availability in the room calendar.
- Requests will be reviewed for schedule compatibility and approved or denied.
- Requests submitted within 24 business hours of your event may not be able to be processed.
- On approval the requester will be notified by email and a calendar event will be created on the calendar for that room.
- Most rooms are accessible via card reader, in the case this is not available, the requester will be notified on how to access the room.
- Must be affiliated with the Department. Outside member requests are not guaranteed approval.
- Rooms are reserved on a first come, first served basis with priority given to the primary usage of each room.
- All individuals using shared meeting room(s) are expected to clean up after themselves. This would include arranging tables and chairs back to the usual configuration of the room(s), erasing the white board(s), picking up all food items and trash, and generally leaving the room(s) in an orderly condition suitable for the next event.
AV Services
AV Services are managed by the Office of Engineering Computing (OEC). All rooms are equipped with the basic AV equipment (connections for computers, flat panel monitor OR projector with screen and microphones).
